Training needs analysis, develop skills in how to make a communication strategy, how to recognize and communicate with particular target audiences, developing messages, organizing publications, mastering media relations, how the get the most out of social networks, managing relationships with advertising agencies, PR agencies and professionals.
Helping foreign organizations understand and operate in Romania
Develop a travel plan prior to the visit, research the subject and develop a network of appropriate contact persons, arrange logistics, translate, explain Romanian culture and behaviour, provide a free follow up service after the visit. Also, we provide a fixing service for small crews, such as film makers, photographers and journalists.

Short documentaries about your projects, people, events – all caught on film for partners, clients and target audience.
Observational documentaries
Documentary films made using the observational technique, about interesting characters, moments and places. We work with award winning film maker, Laurentiu Calciu.
Film editing
Process film rushes into final cut, post production enhancement of image and sound in Avid, subtitling, making DVD master for duplication, mass production of DVDs at very low cost.
Subtitling
Translation and subtitling of final cut into any language. We’ve recently subtitled a film about the history of the EU in 20 languages. Editing of English language subtitles (by native speakers).
PROMOTION
Design & photography
Graphic design for various printed materials e.g. (posters, brochures, flyers), as well as logos and corporate identity materials (business cards, letterheads etc). Project and event photography, product photography, landscape, locations, people and places in Romania and Europe. We work with photographers Horia Marusca and Steve Gordon who is UK based.
Native English proofreading
Correct and improve translations of texts that have been written in English by non-native speakers. In the case of subtitles for films, shorten the text without compromising the film.
Writing for the web
Drafting original text for websites, blogs and social networks. Interviewing staff members, representatives of target groups, partners etc and editing the subsequent text for publication. We also write for newspapers, magazines, newsletters and brochures.
